How do I care for my chocolates?
To maintain the fine flavor and freshness of your chocolates, keep in a cool environment (60-70 degrees F.) and the freshness will last for up to one month. If you would like to keep the product longer and your box of chocolates has been opened, put the box in a sealed plastic bag, and place it in the refrigerator. It can be stored in this fashion for up to 6 months. Upon removing from the refrigerator, please allow the chocolates to adjust to room temperature overnight before removing the box from the plastic bag. To freeze the product, proceed in the same way as refrigerating, but place the box in two sealed plastic bags, and allow the product to adjust for 24 hours before unwrapping in the refrigerator. This will avoid the chocolates from sweating while unthawing. The product can be frozen for 9 to 10 months in this fashion without loosing the fine texture and flavor you expect from Esther Price candies.

Please note chocolates are best enjoyed when served at room temperature and never expose your chocolates to temperature higher than 75 degrees.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
EstherPrice.com provides a shipping map, which estimates ground shipping time within the United States. In the ordering process you can select to ship your order right away or delay the shipping date if you choose. Please note that the date you select is the date that the order will be SHIPPED, not the date that the order will arrive at its destination. In addition do not include Saturday and Sundays as shipping business days. During the summer months, we do not ship out on Fridays as well.
Why are shipping costs so high?
Because Esther Price chocolates are perishable and fragile, special care is required when shipping your order. We use special shipping boxes to ensure your order will not be damaged, and in warmer climates we must pack your order in ice to prevent the chocolate from melting. Additionally, our shipping costs take into account handling, insurance and rising costs from UPS and the US Postal Service.
I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your password by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-right portion of your screen. Within this section there is a link to retrieve your password.
I have moved and need to update my address. How do I do this?
You may update or change information related to your Esther Price account by accessing the customer information section of the web site. You can get to the customer information screen by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-right portion of your screen. To change your personal information you will be required to sign in with your e-mail address and password.
I put an item in my shopping bag, but nothing shows up in it. Why?
If you recently added items to your shopping bag, you may need to enable cookie support in your browser to use the shopping cart. A cookie is a small piece of information that is saved on your computer by a web site.
How can I track my order?
If your order is shipped via UPS, you can track your order by accessing the customer information section of the web site. You can get to the customer information screen by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-right portion of your screen. Occasionally we ship orders via US Priority Mail. Currently the US Postal Service does not have shipment tracking capabilities. You may contact our shipping department at any time to verify that your gift has been processed. You can view your order history by accessing the customer information section of the web site. You can get to the customer information screen by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-right portion of your screen.
Why doesn't the web site remember my credit card information?
Your privacy is important to us. Due to privacy acts and credit card security we do not save your credit card information. You will be required to enter your credit card information each time you place an order on our web site.
